Full activity is in progress on the construction of GoCo House, the signature building of GoCo which will be ready for occupancy in December. The building largely defines the idea of GoCo Health Innovation City - to meet and create the best conditions for conversations and new unforeseen collaborations. Now we present the Office Hub, a co working space in GoCo House providing a creative working environment to meet all different business´ needs.
- As a member of the Office Hub you become part of a context where spontaneous conversations and meetings will open new doors and support new opportunities. The workplace is curated for networking and since we target the life science industry specifically, we believe that exchanging ideas and knowledge will help grow new business initiatives. In addition to a flexible and vibrant workplace, the Office Hub offers fully equipped meeting rooms, relaxed lounge seating and access to GoCo Arena, who is facilitating the platform that will drive the innovation culture in GoCo. You can quickly move in, grab s seat for the day and take part in all exciting events and happenings on-site.

GoCo House is designed by the architectural firm Semrén & Månsson with the ambition of becoming a collaborative meeting place for the region’s and national players in medical and health development. The 21,000 square meter office building will include public spaces, such as a restaurant, café and lounge, co-working spaces, offices and various venues for conferences and meetings.
Moving in is planned for December 2022.
