Mölnlycke relocates HQ to GoCo Health Innovation City to fulfil the vision of becoming a global leader in medical products and solutions.

GoCo Health Innovation City is establishing a new property in the area where Mölnlycke will move its headquarter at the end of 2024.

The new office will hold total area of ​​16,000 square meters and capacity for 800 employees. For GoCo, this is an important part of the growing life science cluster that is taking shape just south of Gothenburg.

In 2024, Mölnlycke will relocate the headquarter to the 16 000 sqm new building that offer capacity for 800 employees. The new office space is located at the heart of GoCo and will offer a flexible working environment to meet the needs of the employees for collaborations and project work as well as for socializing and networking.

- We are delighted to take the next steps towards realizing a new head office in world-class. The new headquarters will be built from scratch and will be entirely based on our needs and will include, among other things, a first-class R&D facility, flexible collaboration spaces and a fantastic working environment says Zlatko Rihter, president and group CEO at Mölnlycke.

GoCo Health Innovation City is proud that Mölnlycke has chosen to relocate its headquarters to the growing life science city. For GoCo, Mölnlycke contributes to further strengthen the position as a world-leading life science cluster.

GoCo Health Innovation City, equally owned by Next Step Group and Vectura Fastigheter, is a billion sek investment in new research and development environments, where a new district is being built with a focus on research and health. The area is permeated by co creation and innovations. The vision is to create a place with the potential to take a global leadership within Life Science.
