Continuous expansion of the development of a global Life Science hub, through an acquisition at GoCo Health Innovation City

GoCo Health Innovation City, equally owned by Next Step Group and Vectura Fastigeher, acquire the property Hökegården 1, in Mölndal.

The acquisition is an important step in the continuous development of creating a global Life Science hub at GoCo. The property, located in a strategically favorable location by GoCo Health Innovation City, create a natural expansion of the area.

- We consider this acquisition as of strategic character as it will contribute to the expansion and further development of GoCo. We are very much looking forward to the collaboration with other actors in the area, and this is a step in the right direction, says Joel Ambré, Head of GoCo Health Innovation City

The property holds a rentable area of approximately 3000 square meters and a ground

plot of approximately 8800 square meters. The acquisition will further strengthen the cluster and create more potential establishing within the area. While the international competition of attracting talents hardens, GoCo Health Innovation City aim to attract collaborators and talents at the forefront of innovation.
